You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (email and password) confidential. The 67qcom is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the user's failure to keep this information secure. To withdrawals, the minimum amount is R$ 50.00. Withdrawals must be made to the same Pix key or payment method used for the most recent deposit, and the CPF linked to that key must match the CPF registered on the account. The standard processing time for Pix withdrawals is under 30 seconds. VIP members receive priority processing according to their tier. In specific situations — such as a pending verification or higher-value withdrawals — the timeframe may be extended to up to 48 business hours, with the user being notified.

The 67qcom reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus or promotion if abuse is identified — such as the use of multiple accounts, deliberate hedging to drain the rollover, or any other conduct that constitutes improper use of promotions.

Suspicious betting patterns may trigger a manual account review, temporary withdrawal suspension, and in confirmed cases, permanent account closure with a report filed to the relevant regulatory authorities.
You may close your account with the 67qcom at any time by submitting a request to support via email. Account closure is only processed after all real balance has been withdrawn and any active bonus balances have been met or have expired.
The 67qcom may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:
When an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balance is automatically forfeited. The available real balance will be returned to the user after review, provided no funds originated from fraudulent activity. The timeframe for returning real balance in closure cases involving a violation is up to 30 business days.
The 67qcom adopts appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect users' personal data, in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

The 67qcom may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When this occurs, the platform will notify users by email and/or through a prominent notice within the platform at least 7 days in advance for material changes that affect user rights.
Minor changes — such as text corrections, clarifications to existing clauses, or formatting adjustments — may be made without prior notice. The date of the last update is displayed at the top of this document.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from the use of 67qcom will be subject to Brazilian jurisdiction.
